Diploma in Pharmacy course provides deep knowledge and abilities to serve in Hospitals, Govt. sector and Community Pharmacy. In D.Pharm students learn various theoretical and practical concepts and skills in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacy and Hospital Pharmacy. Also, students have to complete 500 hours of hospital Training after completion of 2 years course. This course provides in-depth knowledge about the formulation of dosage forms, drug interaction, Marketing skills and analysis of monographs to indulge his/her duties efficiently in Pharmaceutical profession.
D.Pharm 1st Year – 60
Passed 10+2 (PCB/PCM) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and Mathematics or any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi.
85% seats would be filled through counseling by Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee, Uttarakhand on the basis of JEEP Rank and 15% management seats would be filled directly by the Institute Management by counseling based on the basis of Rank. The reservation would be applicable as per State Govt. norms.
